I have written some modules but I am getting issues how to get component item route.
For now I just put item ID in url, but this can't be my final solution.

see on the left side: pozejdon.h2.si (for example: special, last-minute atc. parameters)

Any idea how can I solve this problem, because I will read items from more tables and link them to more than one view.
Or even better, I slowly becoming like JDOM, how can I use JDOM in modules. I saw some post here on forum, but I do not understand how to implement, so simple tutorial, how to include JDOM and manually written SQL statements will be very nice

This is what I interested too. I have calendar module which filters my entries by day, month and year. When I turn on SEO generaly it works fine but the end of URL look like this:

example.com/en/component/component/view?year=2012&month=08&day=01

and other minor problems...

If you're ready to pay the small price, part of this tutorial is about making human readable urls.
Many other ressources available online, but nothing really simple.
