I have created a component with your software. The component uses a number of tables that have "Text" fields. The component attempts to use the, non default / non activated Timymce editor instead of the installed and activated JCE editor.

Where and how should I edit which file to have the component use the proper editor.

I have the same problem.
As default Editor JCE is defined. In this case, when a Rich Text Field is edited, the editor menu is not present.
If I change to TinyMCE, editor menus appears.
Since on my site the JCE editor is used, how can I configure the component to use it?
Thanks and regards

I am sorry, but the problem was not in Cook, ma in JCE who lost the profiles.
I just restored the profiles and now it works.
