I've just run the sandbox on my project, and when I logged in to view it just says Hello World, and under components I can see the name of my component and nothing else .

I followed the video tutorials so everything appears ok except for the the end result so far, anyone have any ideas what to try next?

I've noticed that the default layout did not have an alias and I'm managed to get this field populated re-run the project in sandbox, logged in and when I select my project still see hello world and error message

"You are not allowed to access this page. You can only use your personal components." The component I'm trying to view is the component I've just worked on? Any Ideas

I've now tried a number of times to get this going deleted project created new project, I think the issue is because the collection layout Alias is not populating, I can't edit the field and the auto generate is not working.

Cheers
PJ

Hello,
Have you logged in using your cook login and password ?
Is your component backend or frontend ?

I've logged in using my login ID and Password, at this stage I'm just trying to create the component for back end to view the output via the test area once the component has been compiled via sandbox.

I've just checked it and the test component I put together does appear to be working now, I'll delete and start again see if it still ok.
