How can I disable this popup when navigating away from a form page?

Ideally, I would only like to disable this on new form submissions. If the user is editing a record that already exists, this popup would still be displayed.

Figured this out, there is some JavaScript that can be removed from the view.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

For others that should be interested in this, note that this is also an issue related to multiple Tiny MCE editor instances inside one view.
From the Tiny plugin advanced parameters one can disable the alert message when saving.
